Amplitube Vs Garageband Ipad 5

  • Similar. Nembrini perhaps better and more sparkly during first solo. Which one feels better? And do they respond similarly when you roll off the volume knob etc.?

  • Nembrini seems to have more whoomp (in the bottom end)
Amplitube's is more even across the frequency spectrum

  • Nembrini for me. Amplitube sounds like a simulation in comparison.

Virtual dj for xp pc free download windows 10. One of the main problems is it does not have a free version to learn on. Which VirtualDJ software is the best?is one of the alternatives for VirtualDJ.

  • I think they sound very similar. So either one is a good choice!

Be patient, after a while the Omnisphere registration window will open and provide you with a Challenge Code.STEP 6(c)Copy and paste (using right-click!) the Challenge Code into the Keygen's Challenge Code window.STEP 6(d)Press the GENERATE button and copy the generated Response Code. Do not panic. Move the plugins back into their respective folders; 'Macintosh HD/Library/Audio/Plug-ins/(Components/VST)'.STEP 6(b)Run Omnisphere in the Applications folder. Unable to hear sound patches in omnisphere 2. It may take a while to load the first time. You can right-click and choose 'Copy' if you're doing this in the keygen on the Mac.

  • @flo26 Which one feels better? And do they respond similarly when you roll off the volume knob etc.?

  • To get a good clean sound, I’m needing to turn preamp almost to ZERO lol

They both react the same way.really close.
The mids on the amplitube’s one are more proeminent to my ears, and exactly in the same range of frequecies, which i like a lot.
    Both are really good!

  • @Flo Am I right in thinking that these are both light years ahead of the standard amps that were originally shipped with amplitude… Before Fender 2, Soldano , Z, etc.?

Are you sure you are on the normal channel with crunch disengaged?

  • @flo26 Also, even on my iPad Pro, I get tons of crashes and weird squeals with all of the InterAp audio apps. At least one every session and it’s awful

My Nembrini setup is so far rock solid

  • What I said is confusing. Using the boost channel, I cant get it “clean” enough

I’m trying to see what I can do without pedals but I have both their tube screamer and fuzzy face

Since amplitube 4,everything sounds great in this app’
Honestly, amplitube has become my go to app for guitar amps and pedals.
    Their british pack is amazing!!
Their boogie pack sounds really good!
    The app is so versatile.
I really don’t need anything else.
Oh,vstomp hd has great marshall in it.

  • @flo26 I use Amplitube and VStomp and they sound great but holy moly the crashes (loud sound bursts) — dont get any from AUs

I have this problem with bias and vstomp hd,but not with amplitube.

I think you don't need the standard set of amps from Amplitube. The best ampsims available as IAPs within app. Soldano, Fender packs (1 & 2), Brit pack, Mesa - all of them have a lot of great amps for any occasion! I have a wide range of guitar apps for iOS and Mac, but every time I need a digital sound (recording, night jamming etc) I start with Amplitube. Just because in sounds great on both platforms, including iOS.

@flo Just bought Z and got a crash within 3 minutes.. sound burst. Fine for reamping, but I’d never play out with it.. even with friends.. they’d laugh

@Kranick Right, but the expansions are next level, yes?

What are your settings in aum?
    Which interface?
    Which ipad?

  • edited March 2

I’m actually playing the Z amp,and i have no probems at all.

  • @flo26 ALL iaa apps. I’m using Audiobus, a Focusrite Scarlett, and a 1st Gen iPad Pro

  • edited March 2

    Latency in aum?
    Sample rate?
When sound bursts appear,if you are in aum, open amplitube and then go back to aum.
Noise should be gone.If not,try the same thing with other apps.

What other apps? I haven't ever had a crash in AmpliTube on an iPad gen 6 and iOS 12.3.1. And I run a number of IAA apps that never crash. The particular apps and plugins you are running are probably relevant.

I don't think so. IMHO you don't need a lot of gear to make musik. I use digital amps in the same way as I usually use real amps: choose ONE amp, couple of pedals and ready to rock!

Here is an short example how Amplitube sounds with my guitar:

But here are the same ampsim, same pedals, but changed settings:

At the beginning of the video, there seems to be a big difference when you let the chords ring out/sustain (but you tend to switch amp before the chords fully decay, so it’s hard to tell for sure): with nembrini, the change in distortion as the chords decay seems gradual/continuous, whereas the amplitube seems steppy. If that’s actually what’s going on, the amplitube’s response to dynamics seems much more crude and artificial — less like a nice amp. (In practice that’s the kind of difference that makes modelers feel off during play to me.)
